3tk10 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 3tk10 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 3tk10 may request supporting documentation to verify your eligibility at any time and without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3tk10 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person and must not register on behalf of a third party, organisation or legal entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently active on the 3tk10 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not register or use the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

3tk10 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably believes an eligibility criterion has not been met or has ceased to be met.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

3tk10 processes all deposits and withdrawals through approved payment methods only. At the time of publication, supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. 3tk10 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum limits are set per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 3tk10 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds and may suspend the receiving account pending investigation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal requests submitted before 9 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within 10 minutes. Requests submitted outside business hours may take longer.
• 3tk10 may request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly where a withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's average transaction history. Players must cooperate fully with any such verification request.
• 3tk10 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their standard transaction charges, which are outside 3tk10's control.

Funds deposited to your 3tk10 account are non-transferable between accounts and may not be transferred to any other person. In the event of account closure, any outstanding balance net of applicable deductions will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

3tk10 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud, or the provision of false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Money laundering or using the 3tk10 platform for any financial transaction not directly related to genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion between players, or the use of any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool or automated system designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's gaming systems.
• Exploitation of errors, glitches or technical faults in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be void and the responsible account will be closed.
• Any attempt to access, interfere with or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the 3tk10 platform, including hacking, denial-of-service attacks or the injection of malicious code.

3tk10 actively monitors accounts for indicators of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. If an investigation is underway, 3tk10 may temporarily freeze account access and withhold funds until the investigation is complete.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3tk10 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, user interface design, databases, audio and video material — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3tk10 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from 3tk10.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

3tk10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity or failure to cooperate with KYC or responsible gaming processes.
• Where 3tk10 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for money laundering, terrorism financing or any other criminal activity, 3tk10 may freeze the account and report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.
• Where an account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, 3tk10 may classify it as a dormant account. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as set out in the applicable fee schedule, which will be deducted monthly from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 3tk10 operates. Any dispute arising from your use of the 3tk10 platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 3tk10 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. By using the platform you acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that all bets, once placed and confirmed, are final and non-reversible.
